OMG! First pic of the New Year! Only 4 days late. No worries, right? *shot*
Ahem.
This is Black Sepulcher-the older brother. His design was intended to look somewhat like an annerexic goth, hence why he's so ridiculously thin and sports a trenchcoat (*coughbathrobecough*) and the (barely visible) chains.
I was originally going to make the trench coat black, but while coloring I discovered a wonderful color called "Tuscan Red," a lovely brownish red. A perfect color for this guy: dark, yet contrasting with Sepulcher's scales and hair.
I changed the life energy from purple to red. Red looks cooler. Speaking of which, on his chest is a large, red jewel. This jewel houses the life force he collects after feeding. White Decay has one exactly like it.
In retrospect, I made a HUGE amount of errors while coloring this (going outside the lines, color goof-ups, the like). The biggest botch up was the left horn. You can see it when you full view.

So...stuff!
-Black Sepulcher is an undead Dark Wraith, the older brother of White Decay. His scales are a sickly gray with a slight hint of black. His bioluminecent scales are dead as well.
-White Decay calls him "aniki" which means "big brother" in Japanese, though it tends to be used by those from the wrong side of the tracks. I think the term has a similar meaning to a mafia boss. :\
-There's a reason as to why he's so thin: Part of his "punishment" at the hands of the sorceress, you see...
He was gutted alive. Hence the large scar on his belly, and thin waist (literally nothing in it). He's acquired a few other wounds since then, all of them stitched up since they he doesn't bother to heal them.
-He's more silent than his brother. But when he does talk, his words are often dripping with cruel sarcasm. He does have a sense of humor, and has been known to drop an unexpected joke with uncanny timing and delivery.
-In combat, he uses his claws, stilt blades, and bone tail not unlike a martial artist. He only uses his magic in a desperate situation, or if he's up against a vampire.
-Black Sepulcher has an unexplicable hatred towards vampires. Like his younger brother with zombies, Black Speulcher will toy with, mock, and torture his vampiric victims until he becomes bored.
